Rising Brook Ground Force were successful in a bid from the National Grid Community Matters Fund. The money is for nest boxes for birds, bees and bats and equipment for our Rising Brook clearance We will be buying a large number of wildflower bulbs for planting in the vicinity of the shops in the Burton Square area within the Rising Brook District.  So a big "thank you" to the National Grid Community Matters Fund for their financial support of our activities.

The Community Grant Programme is run by the National Grid Electricity Transmission (NGET) business. We own and maintain the high-voltage electricity transmission network in England and Wales.
